• You can manage or pause service email delivery at Billing Manage. Signals are delivered by email only at this time. Unsubscribing stops email delivery but does not cancel your subscription; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• All non-essential/promotional emails include an unsubscribe link.
• Unsubscribe requests for non-essential/promotional emails are honored within 10 business days.
• Opting out of promotional emails does not affect transactional emails. Service signal emails can be paused separately in Billing Manage.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

All commercial emails we send comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. They include:

• A clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
• Our physical mailing address
• Accurate "From" and subject line information
