• Subscription and billing information: Selected plans, subscription status, renewal dates, cancellation status, referral codes, invited referral email addresses, and processor identifiers such as Stripe customer, session, subscription, invoice, and promotion-code IDs.
• Consent and compliance records: Checkout acknowledgements, legal-version records, consent hashes, timestamps, remote IP address, user-agent data, cancellation records, and service/billing/compliance notice history.
• Payment verification and processor status information: Status and verification information received from our payment processors. We do not store full bank-account or card credentials in our systems.
• Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Communications: Messages you send to support and related correspondence.
• Signal interaction data: When you view strategy signals and notifications (for service operation and improvement).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate our services, including delivering strategy signal notifications.
• Process subscriptions, recurring renewals, cancellations, fee changes, referral benefits, and related account administration.
• Send confirmations, account-related updates, billing receipts, renewal reminders, annual reminders, fee-change notices, cancellation confirmations, and other service notifications.
• Maintain records of consent, recurring-billing authorizations, cancellations, referral eligibility, and compliance communications.
• Improve site performance and reliability.
• Prevent abuse, enforce policies, including personal-use-only licensing restrictions, and comply with legal obligations.

• Service providers: Hosting, cloud database, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, and other infrastructure vendors that help us operate the Service.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Email Communications and Your Choices

By creating an account, you consent to receive the following types of email communications:

• Transactional emails: Account confirmations, password resets, purchase confirmations, billing receipts, cancellation confirmations, fee-change notices, renewal reminders, annual reminders, and security alerts. These cannot be opted out of while your account or subscription is active if the message is necessary to operate the service, administer billing, or comply with legal obligations.
• Service notifications: Strategy signal updates for subscribed strategies, delivered by email, SMS, or both depending on your verified settings and service availability. Email remains required for account, billing, legal, compliance, and security notices.
• Product updates: Information about new features, service changes, or maintenance. You may opt out of these.

Managing Your Email Preferences

• You can manage signal-delivery preferences at Billing Manage. Signal delivery starts after Stripe confirms payment. SMS can only be enabled on a verified phone number. Turning off signal delivery stops alerts but does not cancel your subscription; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Even if you pause signal or promotional emails, we may still send transactional, billing, compliance, legal, or security notices related to your account or subscription.
• All non-essential/promotional emails include an unsubscribe link.
• Unsubscribe requests for non-essential/promotional emails are honored within 10 business days.
• Opting out of promotional emails does not affect transactional emails. Signal-delivery channels are managed separately in Billing Manage.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

All commercial emails we send comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. They include:

• A clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
• Our physical mailing address
• Accurate "From" and subject line information

9. SMS/Text Communications

If you choose to enable SMS signal delivery on a verified phone number, the following apply:

• By opting in, you expressly consent to receive informational/service-alert text messages at the mobile number you provide.
• SMS is intended for strategy signal notifications and related service-alert responses such as STOP, START, and HELP handling. It is not personalized investment advice or trade execution.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• Messages are informational only and not personalized investment advice.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Some account, billing, legal, compliance, and security notices may still be sent by email even if SMS is enabled or signal emails are paused.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and do not send unsolicited text messages.

10. Your Rights and Choices

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• Request to close your account at any time.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

11. Children's Privacy

The site and services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

12. International Users
